  A good value stay.

  Excellent location for automobile access to Old Quebec and area. Good value overall.

  Breakfast is an add on, with a 20% subsidy.

  What. Iike most the was the ttanquilty of the hotel even with a graduation taking place it was quite and pieceful

  The room was dirty their were blood stains on my bed the coffe machine extremely dirty and their was no refrigderator in the room and the ice machine on our floor was brooken

  It was a good choice and a god value of money. The hotel restaurant to expensive for the service that they offer.

  Easy parking, great food and good price in the hotel restaurant. It has the best dish in that area. Waiters were very friendly.

  The building, facility and deco look tired. Need fresh paint, need new tiles.

  We liked the price. A large room in a fairly clean hotel for a very low price.

  We didn't like the location on the outskirts of the city with very few options for dining, etc.

  good staff....location not bad...many restaurant around

  no microwave...no cooler in room (they charge 10 cad) daily if you need one....only 1 english chanel on tv(discovery) all the other (french) ....price too high for this hotel

  Great pool area and a very reasonable price for the services offered.

  Rooms are starting to show age. Carpets are worn and bathroom needed cosmetic repairs.

  The location was perfect for us. The children really enjoyed the pool and children's water activities. The hotel was close to the downtown area and family. We would stay there again.

  The pool and water splash pad were a nice feature. The free parking and free wifi were also a bonus.

  The beds are absolutely awful. The girls at the front desk at check in were very young and lacked customer service savvy. The lady at check out was fantastic however. This is very much a budget hotel with a train track running behind it (& a very loud 7 a.m. train EVERY day), an out of the way area, dark outdated rooms (they claimed we had a renovated room but frankly it did not seem so), thin scratchy towels, plaster falling down in the atrium and bathrooms that needed a thorough scrub down (lots of mildew "hidden" by dark tiles). Also we booked on Booked.net and rates were substantially lower on arrival but they refused to adjust even our second nights stay.

  Relatively quiet, even though it's near railway tracks. Free parking.

  Quite far from the Quebec city - if you don't travel by car, this is not a good option for you. Very noisy ice and drinks machine in the hallway. You can hear it in the room even if the room is a few rooms down the hall from the machines. We slept badly due to the noise from the machine. Coffee is typical North American (don't expect to get decent coffee in Canada or usa)...
